Founded in 2024, Creating Smiles Worldwide emerged from a heartfelt vision to support the incredible people of the Philippines. After living in the Philippines during 2022-2023 and witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by local communities, our founder returned to the U.S. to pursue his passion.

To make a meaningful difference. Through community outreach initiatives, we provide essential resources and support in areas like education, health care, and disaster relief.
